Our department started accepting students to the Department of Landscape Architecture within the Faculty of Fine Arts in 1996, which was the founding date of Yeditepe University. As of 2014, the Department of Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, which was previously a part of the Faculty of Fine Arts, joined the Faculty of Architecture. Since 2017, the name of the Department of Landscape Architecture has been changed to the Department of Urban Design and Landscape Architecture and continues education at the Faculty of Architecture.
