Course Objectives: 
The student's ability to learn the necessary analyzes in the Urban Design scale, to develop a master plan scheme and to design architectural projects at the required scales for livable / sustainable mass housing in the selected area.
Course Content: 

Making the necessary analyzes in a selected area of 20-30 ha and producing a master plan scheme, making the density and other calculations of the mass housing project to be produced on an area of ​​approximately 7-10 ha selected from this area, preparing the scenarios, 1/1000 site plan and model, 1/200 plan sectional views and 1/20 system details and preparation of 3D visuals
