Course Objectives: 
Examination of the main principles required in the implementation of construction projects, potential problems that may arise during the implementation and their solutions by making case studies and expanding the knowledge base of the students before they start professional business life.
Course Content: 

In a typical construction project, examining the phases from the beginning to the end of the project, In this context, what the project means, the tender process, who the project parties are and the general responsibilities and obligations of the parties, construction and management of the construction site, cost calculation and cost management, general planning and program construction techniques, examination of construction contract management issues. Reinforcing students' knowledge by making case studies on these subjects.
