With this aim, the project site will feature a residence totaling 140 m², which includes a shared space of 50 m² and two private areas of 30 m² each for two families. Additionally, a 30 m² landscape around the housing project must be designed, taking into account the surrounding neighborhood. utilizing open and semi open spaces at the project site is expected from the students .The design must incorporate at least one basic design principle.

The load-bearing system of the housing units must be designed as a reinforced concrete column beam system. If the alternatives are suggested, it will be considered by the instructor and allowance is within the responsibility of the instructor. Lots will be provided by the instructors.
